Evin Gayrimenkul

Since 2023 we have been providing real estate consultancy services from our Yaşamkent office in Çankaya, Ankara. Under the leadership of our founder, Ms. Ayhan Kardaşlar, and with a results-oriented approach that follows the market closely, we guide clients through the purchase, sale and rental of luxury residential property, commercial property, land and concept projects.

We have taken part in hundreds of sale and rental processes across Ankara, particularly in Beytepe, İncek, Ümitköy, Çayyolu, Yaşamkent, Alacaatlı, Dodurga, G.O.P. and Etimesgut. We draw on our local knowledge and portfolio network to determine the right pricing and marketing approach for your property.

As of October 2026, we have signed a Türkiye Office agreement with Homefinders, a London-based family business with 37 years of experience.

From our Yaşamkent office, we put clients who are considering buying property in the UK in touch with Homefinders. We coordinate the sharing of information on choosing an area and a property and on the purchase and rental process, as well as communication with the relevant specialists.
