This text covers those processing activities described in the Privacy Notice (KVKK) that are based on your explicit consent. Giving explicit consent is not mandatory; if you do not give it, your property enquiries can still be handled by other means, such as by telephone or a visit to our office. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to ayhankardaslar@gmail.com; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before that date.
1. Transfer Abroad
For the purpose of assessing my property enquiry and contacting me, and in incidental cases where the other conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK do not exist, I give my explicit consent to the transfer by Evin Gayrimenkul Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. of my contact, identity and enquiry details:
- abroad, via the infrastructure of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), Gmail and Google Maps (Google LLC) and Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.);
- if my enquiry concerns a property in the United Kingdom, of my name, surname, contact and enquiry details (budget, area and property preferences, meeting notes) to Homefinders, its business partner in the United Kingdom; and if my enquiry concerns a property in another country, to its real estate business partners in that country,
and to these business partners contacting me directly regarding my enquiry.
2. Promotional and Informational Messages
I give my explicit consent to the processing of my name, surname and contact details for the purpose of informing me by telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail about new listings matching the type of property I am interested in, price changes and Evin Gayrimenkul’s services. I may stop receiving these messages at any time by the method indicated in each message or by writing to ayhankardaslar@gmail.com.
