Since 2023, we have been providing real estate consultancy from our Yaşamkent office in Çankaya, Ankara. Led by our founder, Ms. Ayhan Kardaşlar, and with a results-driven approach that keeps a close eye on the market, we guide clients through buying, selling and renting luxury homes, commercial premises, land and concept developments.
We have been involved in hundreds of sales and lettings across Ankara, particularly in Beytepe, İncek, Ümitköy, Çayyolu, Yaşamkent, Alacaatlı, Dodurga, G.O.P. and Etimesgut. We draw on our local knowledge and portfolio network to set the right pricing and marketing approach for your property.
