Evin Gayrimenkul is a business holding a licence under the Regulation on Real Estate Trade. The real estate trading licence number is shown on every listing page.
2. Mortgage Calculation and Valuation
The mortgage calculator and online valuation requests on the website are for preliminary information only. Actual loan terms are determined by your bank, and the definitive value by an on-site inspection and a licensed appraisal report.
3. Intellectual Property
